Founder

Our founder, a licensed Physical Therapist, Registered Nurse, and Certified Professional Coder, has been a driving force in the healthcare industry since 2002.

After years of clinical practice, its was noted that most home health agencies lacked a critical aspect of home health care operations: Quality Assurance.
To address this issue, Impact Education was founded. We developed a solution tailored to the needs of home health agencies who lost thousands of dollars in revenue due to documentation that was insufficient for post-payment claims review or final claim submissions.

A team of seasoned coding professionals and health care clinicians was assembled. Collectively, our team boasts over 16 years of experience working for health insurers and claims processing organization specifically in home health documentation review and quality assurance.
